Notarization of wills

Question: “I work as a nurse for a seriously ill elderly person suffering from Alzheimer's disease. His children visit him very rarely; I take full care of him. Is it possible to make a will in my favour in the Geriatric Center?”

Answer: “No. We doubt that this person wants to make a will in your favour, and in general we doubt that he understands what he is doing.”
