My wife brought documents from Ukraine, they are stamped with standard stamps of Ukraine, but there is no Apostille

Question: “My wife brought documents from Ukraine for her legalization in Israel (an extract from the state registry, Certificate of Criminal Records, Marriage Certificate, etc.), they are stamped with standard stamps of Ukraine, but there is no Apostille. Can we send you the documents for certification?”
 

Answer: “No: If there is no Apostille stamp on the documents apart from regular stamps, these documents will not be accepted by the Visa Service of MIA.”
